Your Vehicle is Never Safe Enough; Take Additional Steps to Prevent Theft

Vehicle manufacturers have gone to great lengths to ensure that their vehicles are safer than ever. Not only on the road, but also safe from theft. In addition to what the manufacturer of your vehicle provides you, you can never be too safe. Here are some additional ways that you can prevent your vehicle from being stolen.

• Park only in areas that have a lot of lighting and are visible from the road.
• Keep your keys on you at all times. Never leave them in your vehicle, and don’t leave an extra key anywhere in your vehicle.
• Don’t keep valuables inside of your vehicle that would tempt a thief.
• Utilize additional items like a steering wheel lock to make your vehicle appear more secure.
• Don’t leave your vehicle running to step into a store or mail a letter.
