Your handling was very good. Polite, no nonsense, everything disclosed by label and amount, and all I had to do was come and pick the car. You handled the communications perfectly. Also, Jaime A. did a fine job. He was helpful, pleasant, and did his job of service perfectly. The man in finance was efficient, and polite and also very good. I kept expecting the hard sell somewhere but it did not happen. I appreciate that. I rate the approach and customer service to be perfect.
